New York City Service Trip

Travel to New York City! See the sights and help out Vital Community Theater Company with their Pinkalicious Production.

DAY: Saturday, June 7

TIME: 6:45 am to 7:00 pm

PLACE: Meet the BwB bus at the giant clothespin sculpture at 15th Street and Market Street in Philadelphia.

COST: $25. This $25 registration fee is subject to change depending on the number of people attending. The more people that sign up for the trip, the lower the cost will be for each individual. If transportation costs less than $25 per person, BwB will reimburse you by paying for part of lunch.

WHAT: We will be making wands and other props/packs for the company. There will also be some free time to explore New York City.

Vital theatre company is a community of artists who believe that a shared theatrical experience profoundly affects people's lives. They create stories that challenge the audience to ask questions, make discoveries and engage in dialogue.

Please note, payment is due in advance. Don't forget your signed permission slip AND COMPLETED HEALTH FORM. All of this is due at your next program meeting.

Meals are not provided so bring money for lunch. You will be home by 7:00 PM in time to eat dinner, but you may also choose to bring additional money and buy an evening meal in NYC. Please wear comfortable shoes since we will be walking.
