WHAT: Harvest Celebration Party Miracle on 52nd Street!
The Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians connects newly arrived immigrants from around the world with the economic opportunities that they need to succeed. Since opening their doors in 2003 they have assisted more than 2000 people from 64 countries.
Help make this thanksgiving season special for new immigrants! As a volunteer you will...
* Help set up a holiday party including photos with Santa!
* Organize special holiday arts and crafts!
* Tell stories and read books about holiday rituals from around the world to kids!

The Welcoming Center West Holiday Party facility is located on the second floor of Big George's Diner on the corner of 52nd and Spruce streets across from the Sunoco Gas Station.
Take the Market Frankford Line to 52nd Street. Walk South on 52nd to Spruce Street.
You can also take the 21 or 42 Bus to 52nd Street and walk south toward Spruce Street.
