What? Help Run arts and crafts and face painting activities at the East Park Fun Fair!

The East Park Revitalization Alliance (EPRA), is a community-based nonprofit that aims to empower residents to revitalize the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood through the arts, environment and education. Over the past four years, the organization has planted over 300 trees, built community gardens, facilitated numerous murals throughout the neighborhood, and created and maintained over 13 acres of community-friendly open green space in the site of formerly abandoned vacant lots. EPRA operates an after-school and summer program that focuses on teaching neighborhood youth about the importance of environmental stewardship, physical activity and nutrition.

SEPTA:

From City Hall: Take the Broad Street Line to FAIRMOUNT Station. Catch the 61 Bus towards SUMMIT AVE LOOP; get off at the corner of Ridge and Susquehanna Aves. Walk on Susquehanna Ave. towards 33^rd St. Make a Left on 33^rd, and walk South towards Diamond, The Rec. Center will be about halfway down the block, before Diamond.

From 69^th St. Terminal:

Take Bus 65 towards Germantown Ave. Get off at the Wissahickon transportation Center and Transfer to 61 Bus towards 9^th street and Market Street. Get off the Bus at Ridge Ave. and 32^nd Street. Walk south on 32^nd street, Make a Right onto Susquehanna Ave (towards 33^rd St.) Make a Left on 33^rd, and walk South towards Diamond, The Rec. Center will be about halfway down the block, before Diamond.

From I-76 Eastbound:

1) Head southwest on I-76 E toward Exit 341
2) Take exit 342 for Girard Ave/US-30 W toward Phila Zoo/US-13
4) Turn right at W Girard Ave/US-13
5) Turn left at N 33rd St/US-13

From I-676 Westbound:

1) Head west on the Vine Street Expressway (I-676)
2) Merge onto I-76 W
3) Take exit 342 to merge onto N 34th St/US-13/US-30 W toward the Philadelphia Zoo/Girard Ave
4) Turn right at W Girard Ave/US-13
5) Turn left at N 33rd St/US-13
